College Coursework Completed While in High School

Some students complete college courses while enrolled in high school. Often taught on a college campus, they are sometimes taught in a high school under the oversight of the college sponsoring the course. This form of coursework is usually eligible for consideration of transfer credit under our standard transfer credit criteria.

Please note that the student must request that an official transcript be sent to the NYIT Office of Admissions from the college at which the student earned the course credit. This transcript must reflect the course, credit, and grade earned by the student in order to be considered for transfer credit.
